Job Purpose

Managing Accounts, MIS, Consolidation, IND AS, Budgeting.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) MIS & Accounting Responsibility:

• Prepare periodical MIS Reports, Financial Statement (IND-AS / I-GAAP) along with accounting policies and note to accounts

• Consolidate project level accounts/MIS to generate Consolidated MIS statements.

• To perform Trial Balance and Ledger scrutiny and pass various closing /adjustment accounting entries.

• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

• Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.

• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

• Assist in developing the accounting procedures, systems and norms at the project sites and to ensure consolidation of accounts from sites

• Fixed Assets Accounting

• Support the implementation of common accounting systems in line with the Indian Accounting Standards and Companies Act across the locations of the Organization including detailed documentation and adherence to Policy Standards.

2) Financial Reporting:

• Coordinate and prepare rolling Forecast and variance analysis

• Assist in Short range and Long range planning exercise • Ensure Internal Control on Financial Reporting (ICFOR) requirements

• Approval and reporting of related party transaction

• Analysis of MIS and Financial statement

• Annual report preparation and filing of annual returns with MCA

• Ensure compliance with respect to listing agreement and SEBI LODR, MCA, Companies Act etc.

3) System & Processes:

• Configure/Maintain various system control

• Handle system closure activities, maintain standard chart of account

• Assist in various system and process implementation and automation

• Coordinate with IT, region and other functions for automation

• Ensure robust audit and financial closure process

Educational Qualification:

CA

Experience:

8-10 years relevant experience

Skills:

• Should be having good experience into MIS, Accounts, Finance, Consolidation.
