We are looking for Cluster Sales Manager (Mortgage/ Lap loans) for Multiples location in Uttar Pradesh location.

Job Location for Cluster Head

1-Uttar Pradesh : Varanasi,Lucknow,Allahabad & Najibabad

Experience : At least 5 years of experience in Mortgage /LAP ( Home Loan and Lap/ Mortgage).

1.Should have knowledge and understanding of property documents in Mortgage /LAP ( Affordable housing Loan and Lap/ Mortgage).

2.Avg ticket size 2 to 10 Lac

3.ROI - 22 to 26% - should not be below 22%

4.Should be from Mortgage background - Micro LAP

5.Stability - should not be a Job hopper

6.Team Handling role (Managing at least 5 to 8 Branches)
