Responsibilities
Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Serve as project set-up gatekeeper
Preparation of monthly office scorecard results
Maintain employee responsibility updates on projects (PM, PGM, RVP, etc.)
Perform maintenances as project changes during execution
Ensures project’s modeling complies with contracts and billing requirements
Validate labor, subcontractors, and reimbursable multipliers against office goals
Prepare and maintain project reports for operational, financial and tax requirements tied with General Ledger
Ensures project documentation is accessible and auditable
Perform Project Closeouts as they finish
Performs and validates revenue recognition on projects, based on schedule and PM Progress Reports
Correct project variance on time, and ensure future variances are identified proactively
Review subcontractors’ agreements and budgets
Maintain cash flows for subcontractors
Develop office projects reports, new projects reports and subcontractors AP reports
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred
Must possess Engineer in Training (EIT) License or Professional Engineer (PE) and be an active member of the CIAPR.
10 or more years of experience
Excellent skills in Excel, Word and any accounting software
Ability to work effectively with Project Managers, superiors, co-workers and subordinates
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Excellent oral & written skills
Details & number oriented
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
