Maintenance Planner

Duration: 6+ months contract with TEMP to HIRE role

Job Description:

· Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

· Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.

· A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes. Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. · Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders. Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.

Experience:

· SAP · Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment · Communication skills (verbal and written proficiency with digital documentation) · Office 365 proficiency · Planning and organization skills (maintenance planning, project planning, event planning or equivalent)

Education:

· May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
