JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Analyst reports to the VP, Compensation, Performance, & Reporting and will assist with the organization’s HR needs as it pertains to performance management. This role will compile various report requests, general analysis performance metrics/trends and other various HR initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

with the Geography, Industry and Solutions Compensation programs for Apex

with the administration of the Performance Management process to include but not limited to:

audits to ensure employees are where they need to be in the process

with creation and delivery of training materials as needed

with the year-end merit process, tracking and reporting on finalization of the year process

questions regarding the process from the field and back office as needed

with payroll, compensation and process audits ensure we are in compliance with SOX and other internal controls

in Market and federal surveys as requested, collecting Apex information and reporting data

with Apex regulatory reporting needs with federally and state mandated reports to include AAP (Affirmative Action Plans), EEO, Vets reporting, and others as requested.

as a backup on parent company Human Resources needs, with regards to payroll audits, PeopleSoft updates and other requests as needed.

analysis on multiple reports, and create reports as needed from data extrapolated from PeopleSoft and other company databases.

with and assist other areas within the HR Department with special projects or reporting needs on an as needed basis.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree

2+ plus years of HR experience dealing with Compensation administration, HR reporting/analysis and Diversity initiatives

and knowledge of HRIS systems, preferable PeopleSoft

Excel knowledge with formulas and pivot tables

degree of attention to detail

to understand technical needs and assessment

knowledge of HR practices and Employment laws

analytical and problem-solving skills
