Pay rate range - $60/hr. to $63/hr. on W2
background and skill levels are required:
• At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred)
• Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products to an Expert/Advanced level
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
• Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
• Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in Korean/English preferred
Duties and Responsibilities
• Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within the SAP R/3 system
• Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
• Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities, and documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required
• Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization
