As an Accounting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting our finance and accounting functions, with a specialized focus on managing accounts payable, meticulously overseeing bills registration, and ensuring the seamless execution of accounting closing procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced startup environment and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing

Register bills accurately in the accounting system and ensure proper coding and documentation

Assist in month-end and year-end accounting closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation

Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing financial data

Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes

Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Graduate or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment (internship experience may be considered)

Advanced English, both written and verbal

Experience with accounts payable processes, bills registration, and accounting closing procedures is highly desirable - Nice to have experience

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Experience with Google Sheets and financial software (experience with Xero or other accounting software is a plus)
