SD-Product Specialist (Smart Drive)

Job Responsibilities Include: -

Training Site Engineers and Technicians on BEV to have a Pool of trained professionals to facilitate the technology shift from Diesel Equipment to Battery Electric Vehicles.

Developing a road map for training and assessment of Normet Employees on BEV.

Resolve the Technical Queries of the Site Team and help them troubleshoot the critical problems.

Collaborate with Global Technical Support and other departments to resolve complex technical problems related to BEVs and should be able to provide feedback for continuous product improvement

Participate in Technical Support Activities which Include- Resolving tickets through the Ticketing System, Reviewing SOPs/Check sheets, Raising Feedback/Warranty Etc.

Skills & Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred), Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5+ years of experience.

or

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred), Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 8+ years of experience.

Prior Hands-on experience and Knowledge of BEV Technology including battery systems, electric motors, Inverters, and charging infrastructure.

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).

Basic Soft Skills (like Knowledge of MS Office, word, etc.)

Ability to train and transfer knowledge to others.

Strong investigation and diagnostic skills.

Must possess potential for good Troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Must know how to read Electrical schematics & hydraulic circuit.

Ability to work on software like Canto2 to read CAN recordings.

Ability to work in a team environment.
