Scope of Responsibility: Responsible for sanitary and safe handling of food and equipment and keeping area clean.

Responsible to complete duties on a timely basis to meet mealtime schedules without assistance.

Responsible to cooperate with dietary team members and co-workers.

Education & Experience: * High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

* Previous experience working with the aging population preferred.

* Ability to operate machines such as dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave oven.

* Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

* Ability to follow directions and obtain information from preprinted reports.
