Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually DOE

$5,000 Hiring Bonus and a potential for up to $20,000/year in quarterly bonuses!

Lighthouse Behavioral Health Solutions (LBHS) provides individual, outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, psychiatric services, and medication assisted treatment for mental health and substance abuse treatment needs. Position: Clinical Site Director

Job Summary: The Clinical Site Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of assigned site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, adherence to protocols, and efficient functioning of the site. This position reports to a Regional Clinical Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage day-to-day operations of the building.

Provide leadership and guidance to staff, conducting regular meetings and performance evaluations.

Monitor staffing levels and manage scheduling, participate in the process of hiring of new staff as needed.

Provide guidance to achieve goals and objectives as outlined in the Program Service Plan.

Provide General and Direct clinical supervision of supervisees as defined in the Ohio BH redesign.

Review and sign off on Clinical documentation as required.

Responsible for assigning caseloads, duties and responsibilities and monitoring documentation for completion and accuracy.

Collaborate with other departments to understand the site budget and optimize resource utilization.

Create a platform for treatment team meetings.

Observe service delivery to ensure the standard of quality is maintained and delivered.

Oversight of inactive clients and the discharge process

Provides clinical services such as individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention services as needed.

Required Experience/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Active LISW, LPCC

At least 5 years progressively relevant experience

Valid State of Ohio Driver's License and car insurance

Ability to pass BCI check and employment drug screen

Desired experience/certifications

LICDC

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5p
