has an opening for an outside Sales Territory Manager to include the central area of the state of California (approximately Ventura county to Fresno county). The Sales Territory Manager will travel extensively, to cover their territory across the mid-section of the state of California (approximately Ventura county to Fresno country). The Sales Territory Manager spends most days out visiting customers to manage existing business accounts and creating new business for our highway and bridge pavement preservation materials and the equipment to apply them.

The qualified applicant will be required to have outside sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed.

Specific Duties and Qualifications for the Sales Territory Manager include: This position offers a competitive base salary with bonus potential, and an excellent benefits package including Profit Sharing, Matching 401(k), Health, Life, Disability, Dental, Holiday, Personal, Sick Time, Maternity Leave and Tuition Assistance.

The qualified applicant will be required to have outside sales experience, applicable physical capabilities to perform equipment demonstrations, and frequently travel within the defined sales territory as needed.

Requirements for the Sales Territory Manager include: Selling skills and outside sales experience required (government contract and bid experience a plus) A minimum of 2 years of experience in the pavement or bridge maintenance industry preferred (or related fields such as construction, asphalt, concrete, chemicals, etc.) 3-5 years minimum outside sales experience B2B and B2C.

Experience selling to government agencies, government contract and bid experience a plus.

Responsible for increasing the sales and profitability of all products and brands working with all customers: government agencies, airports, consulting engineers, contractors and prospecting new customers and markets.

Train and demonstrate to educate customers on all products manufactured by Crafco and sold by Crafco.

IE: Product Training Seminars, Public Forum Presentations, Equipment Start-ups, New Product Introductions, Test Installations.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, etc.

Practical presentation skills with both large groups and individuals Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, Sales & Marketing, or related preferred, but not required - OR equivalent sales experience If a company vehicle is provided, you are responsible for proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of the vehicle.
