Job ID: 24-01848 Esthetician Licensed Fairfax, VA MUST: The Licensed Esthetician must have experience: Must have 1 plus years of experience working as Esthetician Must have experience working in a Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Medspa Must have experience with laser treatments Laser hair removal, V-Beam, Fraxel, IPL Must have experience working on EMR Experience with Cool Sculpting, Sciton Lasers, EmSculpt, Exilis, Plasma Pen and Ultherapy is a plus DUTIES: Greet customers upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services Perform facials and other skin care services based on the packages our customers choose Upsell skin care products and procedures Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings Provide skin care consultations for customers with troublesome skin or problem areas Meet monthly sales quotas Experience administering facials, deep chemical peels, micro-dermabrasions, derma plane treatments, IPL & BBL, laser hair removal and blue light treatments Experience with Fractional CO2, Erbium, ProFractional laser and Ultherapy is a plus Assisting with Botox and injectables Schedule patient appointments for cosmetic services and consultations Be available for patient consultation at request of physician Perform cosmetic procedures as directed by physician Educate patients about our services and skincare products Assist patients in skincare products selection Prepare patients for injections and other procedures by physician Follow up with patients after treatment Document patient and treatment information Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition Wash and sterilize a supplies, instruments and equipment daily Set up, clean and disinfect esthetician room daily Order cosmetic supplies and products through approved vendors Responsible for maintaining inventory and ordering of products and samples Responsible for maintaining equipment Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
