Production and Warehouse Materials Handler

Job Description

Manufacturing company seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our warehouse. Primary responsibilities include performing tasks related to Production, assembly, machine operation, maintenance, warehousing, shipping and receiving.

This is for a full-time, on-site position Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance plans, paid time off, and profit-sharing opportunities. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse-setting is a must.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assemble Parts and products per instructions including assembly and dis-assembly by hand, using assembly tools, and operating production machinery and equipment

Operate Injection Molding and other machinery

Perform tasks related to Production and Warehouse including moving boxes, counting inventory, setting up tools, machinery and equipment

Assist in Loading and Unloading Containers, building pallets, labelling, packaging, moving pallets for warehousing and Shipping

Follow instructions, targets and quick deadlines as set by the assigned supervisor and management

Perform Maintenance tasks including cleaning of parts, machinery, office space and general facility maintenance including disinfecting, sanitizing, and washing of common areas

Keep work station clean, organized and orderly

Report on time to work and observe breaks and lunch times

This job has no supervisory responsibilities

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience with Assembly, warehouse, shipping and/or injection molding.

Ability to learn, get training and acquire knowledge of all job-related activities.
