Tire Technician - Custom Wheels

Mount & Balance Tires

Installation of Suspension Lift & Leveling Kits

Advise on size or appearance issues prior to completion of the job

Keep the work area clean and organized

Alert Sales/Management staff upon notice of existing damage or safety issues

Test Drive to confirm proper installation

Organize and maintain adequate supplies to complete normal installations

Increased pay opportunities through upselling products and services

Compensation:

$31,200 - $45,760 yearly + BonusesResponsibilities:

Report to work on time, customers are often waiters and we schedule your time based on that

Install, troubleshoot, tire & wheel installation

Sales either directly to customers or through sales staff. Customers are wanting to upgrade their rides... most shops don't take the time to offer

Perform vehicle condition checklist before and after installation, take pictures, and point out problems or potential concerns either to customer, sales, or management before touching the vehicle

Keep the area clean and organized

Help with inventory receiving and get to management when no one else available

Alert when installation is complete and provide pictures for social media. (company camera supplied)

Must keep customers' vehicles clean and free from leftover items

Ability to work in other areas with supplied training for increased income. Several areas available

Qualifications:

Task-oriented, able to complete assigned jobs without supervision, self-motivating.

Ability to interact with customers and CSRs for upgrade / upsell other products & services

Must be punctual

Must have 2+ Years of verifiable job experience with references in the industry

Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Ability to communicate with team members and customers when necessary for safe accurate completion of task
