Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance & Quality Control. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, developing and implementing quality standards, conducting audits, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improvement. This role is an on-site position located in Karnataka, India.
Qualifications
BE/Diploma with minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC (Plastics, Sheet Metals, Assembly lines etc)
Experience in quality control processes and auditing
Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (IATF, AS9100D, ISO)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
