Salary: $18-$22/hour plus bonus

About us:

Hamilton Aesthetics is a boutique private practice in the City of Palm Beach Gardens. This practice has expanded from a small one room spa to a 3500 square-foot aesthetic oasis in a very short time. Our founder Stephanie Hamilton, PA-C is a national injector trainer for Galderma (the manufacturer of Dysport, Sculptra, and Restylane dermal filler products). We are also a Galderma National Training Center of Excellence. Our practitioners have over 45 years of combined experience and our goal is always to exceed industry expectations.

The role:

Hamilton Aesthetics is looking for an aesthetic consultant who is vibrant and enthusiastic about this exciting industry. An individual who is outgoing, has excellent verbal and communication skills, and the ability to build a great rapport with our patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and understand the primary goal of creating growth while at the same time providing excellent patient care and customer service.

This individual will be working directly with our practitioners as well as the management team to ensure the practice is running at optimal performance. The main goal of this position is to drive revenue and increase exposure by introducing new treatments, communicating sale promotions, offering additional treatment options, and taking on the role of brand ambassador. Our Aesthetic consultant will also collaborate with our marketing team to promote Hamilton Aesthetics through community outreach and other campaigns This individual must be a team player and would be excited to join an amazing team of experienced professionals.

Job-type:

Full-time NO weekends

M/T/Th/F 9:00-4:30

Wednesdays 11:30-7:30

Compensation:

$18-$22/hour plus significant bonus potential

Qualifications:

Sales experience a must. Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience in cosmetic/plastics medical, medspa setting or high-end retail or similar.

Must have general knowledge of medical aesthetics and skin care.
