Position Overview: We are currently representing a confidential client seeking a skilled CDL Vacuum Driver to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will possess a CDL Class A license with a proven track record of safe driving and exceptional customer service. Candidates with hazardous materials certifications are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain vacuum trucks to transport various waste materials, including liquids, sludges, and solids.

Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and protocols to ensure the protection of personnel, equipment, and the environment.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment to identify and address any maintenance or safety concerns.

Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, including manifests, logs, and trip reports.

Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with clients and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and support the achievement of company goals.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience operating vacuum trucks or similar heavy equipment is preferred.

Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

Hazmat certifications or endorsements are highly desirable.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
