Job Description
We are seeking an Sales/Marketing/Social Media Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage existing, and create new social media platforms for Aria through posts, blogging, and various promotional content.
Field all sales calls and email inquiries
Tour property with clients
Book and contract events
Work with various client budgets while maximizing profits.
Conduct all planning appointments ie: menu revision, floor plan design, construction of itinerary, and scheduling future appointments
Design promotional brochures and literature for events hosted by Aria
Design promotional brochures and literature to obtain new clientele for weddings, special occasions, corporate meetings and galas
Qualifications:
Strong Sales/Marketing skills
Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
Strong project managing skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to work well individually and in teams
Able to work in a fast paced and ever evolving industry
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Three years of experience preferred but not required in event planning and sales.
Three years of experience preferred but not required in customer service
Proficient in various social media platforms ie: Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
Proficient in Microsoft office: Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointCompany Description
