We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with a specialization in inbound support and upselling. This role will be based in our office in Cebu and will involve handling inbound inquiries and providing exceptional service to our customers, while also identifying opportunities to upsell products or services.

Responsibilities

- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer concerns.

- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs and preferences.

- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to promote additional products or services to customers.

- Meet and exceed upselling targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and value propositions to customers.

- Stay updated on product updates, promotions, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.

- Generate reports on upselling performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics as required.

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues as needed.

- Share insights and best practices with team members to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally.

- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints effectively.

Qualifications

- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.

- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of successful upselling or cross-selling.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
