Marble Fabrication Manager/Leader

Job Description

Looking for a detail-oriented individual to oversee high-end marble fabrication shop.

Will be accountable to draw/issue paperwork, either by hand or on CAD and ensure stone leaves facility 100% complete.

Looking for the right person that can think ahead to limit mistakes.

Organize templates and clearly label.

Open and close shop. 6:45AM to 4PM. Some weekends will be required.

Print stickers to assign part numbers to all pieces.

Oversee fabrication and cutting team. Move slabs with forklift. Layout slab veining.

Check measurements, edges, polishes, sinks, details, cracks, etc.

Track issues, be the go between from field to shop. Set fair but aggressive production goals.

Very steeped in high-end bathroom work, not just countertops. Palm Beach homes.

Must have proven references of leading a large team with good and productive results.

Mindset must always be striving to get better while encouraging and challenging others.

Family business with some great clients and teammates.

Waterjet, Leica RTC 360, Proliner, AutoCAD, Revit, Nesting Software.
