We are currently seeking several Program Analysts at the Junior, Mid and Senior levels to join our team supporting the Navy International Program Office (NIPO) at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

What you’ll do:

The Senior Program Analyst will develop strategic plans, regional and country summaries, command briefs, process desk guides and other handbooks, metrics reporting, and other communications documents and will coordinate with and support Technical Project Officers in preparing international cooperative agreements.

Responsibilities:

Develop strategic plans, regional and country summaries, command briefs, process desk guides and other handbooks, metrics reporting, and other communications documents

Coordinate with and support Technical Project Officers in preparing international cooperative agreements

Prepare Implementing Agency staffing packages and track their status

Develop, staff, and coordinate documentation associated with the Engineer and Scientist Exchange Program (ESEP)

Qualifications:

At least One years’ experience working in support of Navy International Programs and/or Foreign Military Sales including experience developing documentation and providing technical support to International Cooperative Agreement efforts

Experience in working with DoD officials at the GS-14 level

Experience in using DSAMS to develop FMS and/or BPC cases

Familiarity with the agencies and offices involved within Security Cooperation/Security Assistance

Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Active DOD SECRET security clearance

Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited in the United States

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask

Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
