You will be responsible for :

Payroll:

- Collection and import of variable elements;

- Complete control of pay slips;

- Production and printing of pay slips;

- Payroll coordination with our international payroll firms to produce pay slips;

- Production of exit documents and final accounts;

- Management of event and monthly DSNs;

- Follow-up of personnel management files, including paid leave and other absences (sickness, etc.);

- Generate and check post-payroll statements;

- Management, follow-up and correction of payroll anomalies;

- Follow-up and implementation of legal and contractual changes;

- Management of social security declarations and relations with social security institutions;

- Budget management

HR :

- Monitoring of headcount and implementation of management charts: payroll monitoring charts, pay grids, etc. ;

- Implementation of communication tools/actions on payroll issues;

- Help in setting up or using HR digitalization tools: safe, payroll software, etc;

- Active participation in the company's social policy;

- Legal watch

Profile description:

At least 3 years' training in payroll management is required. You have at least 5 years' experience in payroll, ideally acquired in a firm or with a payroll service provider.

As the working environment is international, a solid level of English and French are required for this position.

A good command of HRIS tools such as WorkDay or SAP is required.

The position requires a high degree of adaptability and versatility. The candidate must be able to organize and prioritize his/her work according to the challenges, context and deadlines.

Rigor, precision, discretion, accountability and a love of teamwork are the main qualities required for this position.

- 2.5 vacation days /month
