Software Account Manager for Existing Customers

This is a salaried sales position with no sales quotas or cold calling. This position will help our customers get the most from our solution.
Your specific responsibilities include:
Learning QuoteWerks in-depth to answer any sales or basic support questions
Interacting with new and existing customers
Answering pre-sales questions
Answering basic support questions
Creating sales quotes and more detailed proposals
Interacting with our reseller/partner channel
Providing product demonstrations
Following up to close sales
Reaching out to existing customers to upgrade their implementations
Email communications with customers and partners
Webchat with leads, customers, and partners
Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls (20 - 40 calls per day)
Other responsibilities as assigned
Only local candidates need apply. This is a full-time career opportunity in our Orlando, Florida offices. Telecommuting is not an option. This is not a short-term job or a remote position. Typically, people stay with us for five years or more.
Additionally, we work in a highly organic and dynamic environment collaborating with our co-workers in-person. Telecommuting is not an option.

General Position Requirements:
2-3 years of professional office experience (technology experience a plus)
2-3 years B2B sales experience
Experience working for an SMB
Comfortable making outbound phone calls
Proficient in email communication
Professional disposition
College degree not required, but preferred
