CNO Developer Requirements:

Clearance: Active TS/SCI (or SCI eligible) and will have to sit through a full scope polygraph in the future.

Education: Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or Physics.

C, C++ and Python programming.

Strong experience in reverse engineering software on both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Understanding of Intel x86 and x64 architecture.

Experience with the software development process and software development tools such as Git, Make, CMake, Visual Studio, and others.

Experience with reverse engineering PSP/AV products and understands the inner workings of how PSP/AV products behave with the Operating System.

Experience with reverse engineering tools such as IDA, WinDbg, Radare, Binary Ninja and other software reverse engineering tools suites.

Experience with the Linux and Windows Operating System and their inner workings.

LCAT 5 (Highest Sr lv profiles) need Masters with 10 to 12 years or PHD with 5 years - base 300k+

LCAT 4: Need 8-10 with Master's or Bachelor's with 12yrs+ exp. - 275-280k base.

CNO Developer Role:

Working with both Linux and Windows Operating systems and reverse engineering PSP/AV (Anti-Virus) products.

This position is onsite and full-time in either the Arlington or Dulles Virginia areas.
