We are seeking for a Customer Support Representative who will join our exceptional team which consists of experts in every functional area of business
This opening is for evening shift 5pm – 1am with two consecutive weekdays off (not weekend days)
What you'll be doing:
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction via email and phone calls
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Communicate with other departments concerning client issues/complaints
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
Fluent or native German Speaker
Strong command of the English language
Proficiency in web-surfing and multitasking
Nice-to-haves:
Office experience
Hard working with the ability to work autonomously
Able to focus on a specific task for an extended period
Any other language will be considered a plus
