ASI is actively seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). JOB DESCCRIPTION: Our procurement specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that procurement activities adhere to relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines while promoting transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: Procurement Planning: Solicitations and Contracts: Contract Management: Regulatory Compliance: Market Research: Risk Management: Documentation: Collaboration POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * Ideal procurement specialist will have 10 years of experience managing the acquisition and procurement of vaccines, antivirals and antibiotics, therapeutic antibodies, therapeutic proteins, peptides, small molecules, and diagnostics.

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods or organization and management; prior Federal experience as a FAR based Contracting Officer/Contract Specialist desirable * Demonstrated Ability: negotiating, awarding, administering competitive and sole source contracts; analysis of procurement policies and procedures; experience with Fixed-Price, Cost- Reimbursement, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: No clearance required LOCATION: 100% Remote Equal Opportunity: ASI Government is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
