VP, Loan Servicing

Axos Bank Target Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10% These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job Directs and manages the Loan Servicing Department and all loan servicing lifecycle related activities and staff to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.

* Monitors and oversees all activities related to the loan servicing lifecycle from loan setup to post closing.

* Leads operational efforts to improve efficiency through streamlining and prioritizing of strategic initiatives and by actively participating in all major and selected improvement projects that affect loan servicing.

* Establishes internal policies and procedures on loan relationship management to ensure high standards and quality work in loan service processes.

* Directs, motivates, and evaluates the performance of loan service team members.
