Job Description

The Contact Center department consists of more than 700 people working from Ukraine, Moldova Germany and Portugal now. We find a common language with clients from 27 countries of the world.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Specialist with German for our complaints team as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

Registration, processing and investigation of incoming complaints

Communication with the courier services (oral and written)

Independent decision on financial issues (taking into account customer orientation and profitability)

File management for the entire complaints process

Requirements

Lateral entrants, job starters or with professional experience

Very good knowledge of German and Russian

Goal-oriented work with regard to deadlines

Attention to detail and strong communication skills

Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheet and email
