Brookstone Estates of Mattoon South is seeking a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Provides compassionate and dignified care whileguiding residents through their activities of daily living

Connects with residents and family members in acompassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience

Engages in continuous learning and developmentopportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars,staff meetings, and other learning experiences

Complies with all rules and regulationsregarding confidentiality and privacy of team members and resident information

Performs any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School graduate or GED equivalent required

Exceptional communication and interpersonalskills

Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love,compassion, and dignity
