We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to work out of the Crystal Gateway Marriott in Arlington, VA.
The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager with the day-to-day rental operations. Ensure that all the levels of service and standards are met and exceeded in the perception of our clients and customers.
Summary of essential job functions
Answer rental business calls
Create orders in AVManager
Build quotes /bids for customers
Meet with clients doing site visits
Handle all the sales on smaller size shows
Assist with repeat business for smaller size shows
Assist the Inspire Sales Manager at the Crystal Gateway Marriott, with various duties
Other duties as assigned
Skills and Specifications
Audio Visual Technician work experience is required
Hands on knowledge of an inventory tracking system is helpful
Excellent Customer Service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent follow through skills
Minimum requirements
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Must be able to meet deadlines, work a flexible schedule, be self-driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality service
The ability to work with many different types of people on different levels
