Failure Analysis Manager

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Scope of work and activities

Manage the Product Engineering Division.

Lead the whole division to solve quality and process technical problems in production.

Cooperate with all departments to solve and improve product problems.

Promote the development of the whole division and conform to the overall objectives of the company.

Category of decision-making power

General work arrangement of subordinates.

Suggestions on the adjustment of subordinate positions.

Give decisions on the scope and direction of product analysis.

Internal/external business contacts

Coordinate communication within the division and other departments.

Coordination and management communication.

Supervision

Plan and balance the workload of team members and supervise their performance.

Assist the superior in management.

SKILLS:

Have electronic knowledge and practical work experience, good management, English and communication skills.

EXPERIENCE:

More than 10 years of relevant work experience

EDUCATION:

University degree or above, major in electronics, electrical machinery and telecommunications
