Sr. Engineer, AME

POSITION SUMMARY:

Work concurrently with design teams and factories to identify new/existing challenges of manufacturing, then work out the solutions. To evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologiesy to meet the product/process requirement. To determine the manufacturing technology direction to ensure the completiveness in the market and bridge the gap between product needs and manufacturing capability. Particularly supporting the future manufacturing upgrade in IIoT, Big Data, Dashboard and intelligent operating system development.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on the latest manufacturing technologies projects

Develop the Manufacturing IIoT framework and Data Acquisition

Take lead in Process Visualization and “BIG Data” Analytics

Develop the Predictive and Proactive management in process control

Working on the functionality enrichment of Intelligence/Smart assembly platform

SKILLS:

Strong manufacturing/intelligence systems setup

Strong in programming for integrated systems

With IIoT application and data handling experience

Able to work in Fast-changing dynamic environment

With strong communication skill to handle communication with internal and external parties

Problem Solving skill

Strong Data analysis skill

Prefer to have programming technique – VB, C++, Power BI, ….

EXPERIENCE:

Min. 5 yr PCBA manufacturing or manufacturing systems development experience

With more experience will be considering with supervisor/leading Engg

With process design experience and able to use data to drive for decision

With hands on programming skill and intelligence system development is preferred

EDUCATION:

Diploma / Degree in engineering or equivalent; electrical & electronic, mechanical, industrial engineering is preferred

Education is not a must if the candidate with relevant hands on experience
