What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Creative Design who will be responsible for designing artwork and videos, supporting marketing campaigns for employer branding and sales activations and producing high-quality materials following the company's guidelines.
What are we expecting from this role?
Initiate unique designs, infographics and animated videos to reflect brand essence to support daily posting on all social media and other digital channels
Produce high-quality videos compatible with various social media platforms
Support on high-quality photo and video shooting and editing and Event Photo control
Select photographic style and research photos as needed to be consistent with the identity standards
Design and produce high-quality brand and communications collateral
Keep current with trends in design/communication
Support events and sales activations on creative and branding visibility
Support brand visibility of all sales channels and branches
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Work closely with relevant teams to review creative materials ensuring all materials are produced with high quality following brand guidelines
Troubleshoot with production to meet deadlines
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
1-2 years of experience in graphic design, videography, and photograph
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design and video editing software (Ae, Pr)
Good knowledge of digital marketing tools, and adaptive designs to meet the new trends of digital marketing
Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Strong analytical skills, planning and paying attention to details
Ability to execute and work independently with little or no daily supervision
