Application Engineer-Associate

Responsibilities: - Design test solution for customer's IC chips, develop or convert test program on Advantest's IC test systems.

- Optimize test program to reduce COT (Cost of Test) and increase fault coverage.

- Design DUT (Device under Test) board for customers or provide consulting service to them.

- Provide pre- & post-sale support for SOC test systems to world-wide customers.

- Solve engineering and production problems for customers.

- Document all projects and intellectual knowledge.

- Collaborate with global colleagues from division and field personnel for project implementation.

- Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements.

Qualifications: - Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in electronic engineering, microelectronics, mechatronics, RF and Microwave, automation, instrumentation, communications or related disciplines.

- The background on RF, data communication or circuit design is a strong plus.

- Basic C/C++, Perl or Java programming skills.

- Technical oriented, be able to learn and work effectively under high pressure.

- Good verbal and written English skill.

- Good communication skill.

- Flexibility to take domestic and overseas business trip extensively.

- Project experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred.
