Position Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
Providing technical support to clients by identifying and resolving hardware or software issues
Determining the cause of problems and suggesting solutions for problems
Analyzing data from logs and other sources to identify and resolve problems
Ability to analyze casino business operational needs / challenges and work with internal team to find the possible solution
Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed
Establish strong working relationships with customers, internal support, service and engineering departments to optimize customer service in cross area activities
Manages timely departmental workflow and productivity as well as enhance experience and knowledge for the staff
Responds to the needs of the customers over the phone and provides necessary assistance
Extended support require when designated as the on call representative
Open to visit to customer location with in Asia will be require
Might have to make program modifications to correct identified issues within the applications including database
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Programming Language & Concepts
Should have good understanding of C#.
Basic understanding of JavaScript.
Basic understanding of WCF, WPF, Web API.
Basic understanding of MVC, MVP and MVVM architecture pattern.
Should be familiar with basic software architecture like Three Tier Architecture.
Database & Concepts
Should have basic understanding of MS SQL.
Should be able to write and understand basic SELECT/UPDATE/INSERT/DELETE queries.
Should have basic understanding of SQL concepts like joins, indexes, functions, dead lock etc.
Troubleshooting & Analytical skills
Should be able to perform good troubleshooting.
Should have right approach to corner and find the root cause of any issue.
Windows & Networking
Should be able to operate on Windows OS.
Should have basic understanding of network protocols TCP & UDP.
Experience, Education and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Two to Three years of experience
Gaming industry experience preferred
Requirement:
Communication Skill
Should be able to write, speak and understand in English.
Understanding of Philippines/Chinese/Korean will be bonus.
Should have patience and should be able to handle pressure situations.
Should be able to work in a distributed team environment.
Domain knowledge and LnW product knowledge will give extra advantage
