Job Description: Persistent Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with 6 to 10 years of experience leading or having primary responsibility for IT projects. This role will be instrumental in planning, executing, and delivering IT solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Work directly with customers and users to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with provided solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Hands-on experience in the implementation, upgrade, and support of IT business applications and systems.

Proficiency in testing IT solutions to ensure they meet required specifications and functionality.

Utilize various testing methodologies and tools to conduct comprehensive testing of IT solutions.

Document and communicate project requirements, specifications, and test plans to stakeholders.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on project management and business analysis best practices.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT project management and business analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

6 to 10 years of experience leading or having primary responsibility for IT projects.

Experience working directly with customers and users to gather requirements and ensure satisfaction with provided solutions.

Hands-on experience in the implementation, upgrade, and support of IT business applications and systems.

Proficiency in testing IT solutions to ensure they meet required specifications and functionality.

Desirable certifications include Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Requirements Engineering certifications, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Agile Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist are beneficial.

ITIL Certification is valuable, especially for those involved in IT service management and support processes.
