Job Title: Collection Manager - Debt Management (Home Loans and Loan Against Property)

CTC- Upto 10 LPA

Location: Ludhiana (Work From Office)

Responsibilities

Manage debt portfolios for Home Loans and Loan Against Property, implementing recovery strategies and risk management.

Oversee field collection agencies and tele-calling teams dedicated to HL and LAP accounts.

Ensure legal compliance in debt collection practices for Home Loans and LAP.

Handle customer issue escalations related to HL and LAP debt recovery.

Develop and manage relationships with outsourced collection agencies specialized in HL and LAP.

Skills Required

Proven track record in achieving collection targets for Home Loans and Loan Against Property.

Strong understanding of HL and LAP products, including risk assessment and recovery strategies.

Excellent team management and communication skills within the context of debt collection.

Key Competencies

Analytical skills for optimizing collection strategies in HL and LAP portfolios.

Negotiation and problem-solving abilities specific to Home Loans and LAP debt recovery.

Organizational skills to manage workload effectively in HL and LAP collections.
