Position will support the Government Administration Manager by handling a variety of administrative tasks in order to ensure interactions between the organization and stakeholders are positive and productive.

Expected to scribe for meetings and distribute information as appropriate

Responsible for scheduling/managing calendars and meeting invites

Shall coordinate between a range of staff and external stakeholders

Typically a High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Strong communications skills, with professionally assertive personality

Individual shall be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Must have strong organizational skills

Exhibit strong attention to detail

Maintain flexibility and professionalism

Adaptable to frequently changing priorities

Preferred Skills and Education

Experience with supporting IT development projects planning.

Experience coordinating with multiple agency organizations
