These tools will aid in the support and administration of care for patients with diverse health conditions within the VA and DoD healthcare delivery systems.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and updating Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) to facilitate consensus on tool content and format throughout the development of CSTs.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be a US Citizen and pass a Tier 1 government background investigation.

Must possess a B.A.

or B.S.

degree in a related field.

Must have 5 or more years of relevant administrative experience.

Desired Qualifications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Word, Excel.

Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.

Experience working with the DoD, DHA, or VA.

Required Skills: Strong understanding of management principles.

Familiarity with preventative medical care.

Knowledge of patient and provider education.

Proficient in medical treatment protocols.

Strong understanding of VA/DoD Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Responsibilities: Develop detailed timelines to document and track project progress for each CST being developed.

Review and update CSTs such as brochures, pocket cards, reference cards, posters, booklets, books, videos, and system tools such as websites and links to information.

Ensure CSTs are digital and in printable formats that meet 508 compliance requirements.

Complete up to 6 CSTs per new or updated CPG.

Organize and lead collaborative meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review CST (Clinical Support Tool) product content, design, and finalization.

Prepare agendas and minutes for each CST collaboration workgroup summarizing the details and the work accomplished.

Maintain an action/suspense log for each CST, overseeing tasks until completion.

Facilitate monthly meetings with leadership as necessary to discuss project progress, job performance and other relevant topics.

Communicate to leadership and personnel via email and other communications.
