Community Sales Manager – Regus (Libya)

Company Overview:

Dawaam, in partnership with Arkan Holdings, is excited to offer an opportunity to join Regus, the leading global workspace provider, as a Community Sales Manager in Libya. This role is ideal for someone passionate about driving sales and building vibrant business communities.

· Position: Community Sales Manager

· Location: Tripoli, Libya

· Job Type: Full-Time

· Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (4000 LYD monthly, plus commission, based on achieving set targets)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, enhancing the overall community and client satisfaction.

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through closing, including touring clients through the various workspaces.

Foster a vibrant community by hosting events and facilitating introductions that connect different members of the workspace.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local market and competitive offerings, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Collaborate with the support team to ensure that facilities and services meet the high standards expected by Regus clients.

Achieve monthly sales targets by promoting Regus’s services and ensuring a steady pipeline of engagements through direct and indirect sales tactics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, especially within the service or hospitality industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client groups.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to finding and implementing solutions.

High level of personal motivation, autonomy, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Language Requirement: Fluency in Arabic and English
