Our client is an established international public relations agency, utilizing newly established patterns to create timely Anti-PR campaigns comprising both traditional and the latest proven media methods.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to assist the Sales department with administrative, organizational, and business development tasks, thereby enabling the CEO and Sales team to engage in numerous productive sales discussions that ultimately enhance the agency's sales performance.

Rate in USD: $12 per hour

Working Hours: 8am to 5pm EST or 9am to 6 pm EST with 1 hour lunch break

Responsibility

Review profiles on LinkedIn and verify ICP match. Send connection request upon a successful match.

Move new connections from LinkedIn to HubSpot.

Review saved search filters on LinkedIn Sales Navigator and recommend (if any) actions to optimize.

Identify Companies from PR Newswire and connect with respective CXOs.

Reviewing and commenting on social media profiles of potential prospects

Commenting and liking the comments on CEO and JOTO PR social media posts daily

Podcast process of qualifying guests via LinkedIn, responding and

Scheduling viable podcast prep calls with CEO

HubSpot Management

Review and action on Inbound Leads promptly.

Foundational Sales Email Writing and Sales calling (Cold/Appointment/follow up) using Generative AI

Promoting webinars on demand, in coordination with marketing

Create and Edit contact lists

Setup, edit and analyze dashboards for Marketing & Sales

CRM Admin Management

Requirement

Prospecting & Lead Generation - ICP Understanding, Profile Review, Lead recording.

Fluent with HubSpot and LinkedIn.

Process and Objective Oriented

Outstanding communication and customer service skills - written and Verbal

Must possess your own laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:

Processor: Core i5 or higher

RAM: 8GB or higher

Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:

Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps

Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
