PRISM is seeking Technical Recruiters to join our elite Resource Management Team.

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to:

Help us attract and retain talented IT professionals.

Source candidates, conduct interviews, and negotiate salaries.

Collaborate with a team to help build new ideas and the future of IT recruiting.

Make a real difference by helping Veterans and military spouses find jobs through our Veteran Employment Program.

Listed below are just a few of the exciting things you'll be doing as a Technical Recruiter at PRISM:

Learning our workflow and sourcing with our applicant tracking systems.

Conducting in-depth discovery calls to maximize opportunities for job seekers.

Interviewing and screening candidates to qualify them for open jobs.

Presenting candidate qualifications and verified credentials to managers.

Presenting benefit plans and negotiating compensation.

Mentoring candidates to help them secure the right job.

Facilitating onboarding and employee performance management.

Developing a relationship pipeline of IT Industry candidates.

Leveraging organizational skills to manage current and prospective talent pools.

Learning new technologies and techniques.

To be successful in this role, as a Technical Recruiter, you'll need to have:

A Bachelor’s degree.

2+ years of work experience.

Ability to learn quickly.

Self-driver who likes to work independently and within a team.

Emotional tenacity and endurance.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Enjoys working in a sales environment.

Robust and active listening and relationship-building skills.

Positive and professional.

Ability to multitask with changing priorities.

Creative approach to problem-solving.
