Position Summary
Retail Marketing Manager has strong Marketing and Sales knowledge of Consumer Electronics and works with local partners and resources to amplify brand awareness and brand experiences in retail environment.
Role and Responsibilities
Developing, implementing and reviewing in-store marketing plan (based upon Market Analysis, Marketing Strategy and Marketing Platform)
Ensuring that Samsung Brand and products get maximum exposure in channels
Driving performance and achievement of business targets
Applying Brand guidelines across all shoppers' touch points consistently
Managing shop displays/fixtures /POP production, distribution, implementation and maintenance in accordance with guidelines
Supporting the development of channel mapping and segmentation analysis for the respectful markets (working closely with Sales, Retail Planning and Analysis team)
Collecting field data and generate weekly reports for respectful markets and product divisions
Managing the work processes and projects with internal and external partners
Managing Field Force and Merchandising program
Managing training programs to educate Field Force on Samsung products and propositions
Skills and Qualifications
University degree
At least 5 years of retail experience in a related industry
Track record of managing marketing budgets in a global organization
Proven successful experience in developing efficient work plans for complex projects involving many groups and effectively implementing and coordinating these plans
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong knowledge of Retail Marketing
Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently and take action to achieve goals and objectives
Project management/organizational /coordination skills
Excellent communication skills, good presentation skills
Analytical ability to understand complex data and draw conclusions from it
