Your tasks:

· Recommends necessary actions to reduce the unplanned maintenance activities

· Suggests improvements for the Production Process and production equipment

· Keeps track of development activities of further improvement of Robots/Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming with central function

· Supports process of creating the Master Data for the SMC and ensures functionality of transfer of Master Data to SMC

· Supports debugging of the Equipment from PLC / Robot point of view and manages and updates the error list

· Ensures support for functionality, debugging and adjustment of Artificial intelligence (AI) based controls at the machine

· Ensures monitoring of all running SMCs from process point of view (e.g. checking output of SMCs, performance of Robot/PLC, supporting analysis of equipment downtime and analyzes improvement potential)

· Ensures software and interface creation to Manufacturing Execution System (MES) on SMC (Vanilla File), PLC, analyses of machine software

· Analyzes customer and internal requirements regarding traceability of products and related production processes in the field of AI

· Maintains AI interface and machine software up to date and standard
