The CNC Programmer will be writing code and creating programs to support the machining of complex, precision metal, wire components.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identifies imperfections in manufacturing processes.

Maintains on-going accuracy of documentation with regard to product engineering specifications, CNC programs, process sheets and manufacturing capabilities.

Ensures parts conform to dimensional specifications and equipment achieves throughput efficiency.

Modify existing parts programs for engineering changes or program improvements

Participate in regular safety and training classes.

Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance.

Fulfills all responsibilities as outlined in the company's Employee Handbook.

Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety rules.

Performs other similar or related duties as assigned or directed by supervisor.

Completes all responsibilities in a manner that is time efficient and safe while continually striving to suggest or create improvements to better achieve this goal.Requirements

Understands conversational G&M Code

Proficient software skills, mathematical concepts and conversions

Ability to read and interpret drawings

Attention to detail

High school diploma or GED certificate

Completion of a technical or associate degree program a plus
