Analista de Seguridad Laboral y Medio Ambiente

En Catalent estamos buscando un Analista de Seguridad Laboral y Medio Ambiente para nuestra planta productiva de Buenos Aires.

Principales Responsabilidades:

Implementar y hacer implementar los procedimientos de seguridad laboral y medio ambiente en planta.

Observar el cumplimiento de los requisitos internos y legales asociados.

Participar en el mantenimiento de los sistemas de Gestión Corporativos y Normas ISO. Preparar información para atender auditorias.

Generar y dictar capacitaciones al personal y Contratistas en temas relacionados con el área.

Participar de las investigaciones accidentes, incidentes, auditorías internas.

Mantener, analizar y gestionar los indicadores de gestión de seguridad del área.

Coordinar la realización periódica de las mediciones legales (ruido, iluminación, ambiente laboral, etc.), confeccionar ATS, supervisión de tareas de Contratistas, análisis de riesgo, permisos de trabajo, seguimiento de no conformidades, planes de acción.

Identificar, desarrollar e implementar medidas de prevención de incidentes, buenas prácticas y mejora continua.

Coordinar y Controlar la evolución de los proyectos de sustentabilidad asignados y participar de su implementación.

Ser agente de cambio en la promoción de medidas tendientes al bienestar y a la sustentabilidad.

El candidato:

Graduado en Licenciatura de Seguridad e Higiene con experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares / Licenciado en Ciencias Ambientales / Ingenieros Ambientales o similar.

Experiencia en sistemas de gestión de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.

Inglés intermedio
