Analista de Compras

Principales responsabilidades

Gestión integral del proceso de compras No Productivas.

Búsqueda de fuentes de suministros, alternativas y confiables.

Mantener actualizada la base de datos de los proveedores a su cargo.

Negociar precios justos y competitivos y reducción de tiempos de entrega.

Mantener permanente relación y comunicación tanto con el cliente interno como con sus proveedores.

Negociar condiciones de pago alineadas con la expectativa de la empresa.

Hacer cumplir las políticas, lineamientos y procedimientos del departamento de compras.

Confección de reportes e indicadores para la Gerencia.

Implementar contratos, acuerdos y desarrollar nuevos procesos en pos de la eficiencia operativa.

Liderar proyectos de saving y desarrollo de proveedores.

Presentaciones ante los principales stakeholders

Excel y MS Office. Nivel Avanzado.

Formación Académica / Experiencia

Educación: graduados o estudiantes de los últimos años de carreras de Ciencias Económicas o Ingeniería Industrial.

Experiencia: 3 años en posiciones similares de Compras o Supply Chain. Experiencia comprobable en el armado de licitaciones y el seguimiento de proveedores de Servicios Indirectos y compras Indirectas en Industria Farma/Consumo Masivo/Alimenticia.

Idioma: Inglés Avanzado escrito y oral. Capacidad para realizar presentaciones y comunicarse con proveedores del exterior.
