What you’ll do:

Knowledge of remote connection programs such as "putty";

Previous experience in Level II support of at least 6 months / 1 year;

Provide technical support;

Basic knowledge of SQL;

Structured networking knowledge.

Bachelor degree in Informatic;

Good command italian language;

Predisposition to problem solving;

Aptitude for team work;

Initiative, adaptability and flexibility;
