Operator Technician

The Mundy Companies is seeking qualified Operator Technician candidates for the INVISTA Orange, TX facility for temporary assignment.

Schedule is a 12-hour rotating shift and is subject to change with notification, depending upon site needs.

Additionally, must be available to work scheduled (Planned) or unscheduled (unplanned/short-notice hours on nights and/or weekends, holidays as needed), to meet site needs.

Job assignment is 6 to 12 months Job duties to include- Support the running of two Natural Gas fired boilers.

Support make safe, safe work permitting, and cleaning of vessels, exchangers, and tanks.

Other areas of support as determined by need.

Requirements: Associate degree or Higher in Process Technology, Instrumentation Technology, or related field.

OR 5+ years' experience in a chemical manufacturing or refining plant environment as a process operator, instrument technician, or maintenance technician.

OR Previous operations experience and qualifications at the INVISTA Orange facility.

Must be able to meet all physical requirements through a Physical Abilities Test (i.e., lifting up to 50 lbs., able to climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolds, wearing all PPE, and working in different climates and conditions) Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
