Sample Room Coordinator

Contract: May - Aug 2024

PR: 20 - 24/hr Depending on YOE

Hybrid in Reynoldsburg, OH

The Sample Room Coordinator aids in the creation of strategies by leading tactical initiatives and sample management of the Accessories business. Also, maintains DC7 & DC8 Sample Library inventory receipt/storage process and Sample Library database.

Responsibilities:

Sample management including unboxing, organization, gathering, and set up of samples (leadership offices, storage cabinets, conference and work rooms)

Receiving samples and 3rd Party packages from the DC and mailroom

Assist in key meeting prep with sample availability, style ranking, deck preparation, and ad hoc requests

Help manage seasonal assortment plans in pre-season development and manage updates throughout the season (APS, roadmap and assortment grid)

Assist in internal SKU item costing, packout, article set-up and maintenance

Execute visual/floorset updates in partnership with visual merchandising, space & allocation teams such load doc, paper dolls list, and MPQ grids

Print and cut all 3rd party paper dolls and deliver 3P storytelling SKUs to lab store prior to all lab store floorsets

Support test needs (any 3rd party requests)

Manage 3rd party vendor tactical operations such as NISF forms, 3P article creation, SKU packouts, costing, and classification in partnership with vendors and Merch Ops

Responsible for daily activities related to receipt, check in/out of product, including photographing, pulling and re-shelving of samples

Manage product inventory; conducting physical inventories as needed

Remove and archive items no longer current

Communicates timely with internal partners

Pull inventory reports and other library related metrics to support overall Library reporting

Maintains a detailed knowledge of end-to-end Library process & product

Requirements

Self-starter and sense of urgency

MS Office and Advanced MS Excel skills

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

Able to lift up to 40 pounds

React to daily tasks with consistency and accuracy

Highly detail oriented & extremely organized

Problem solving abilities

Agile and flexible

Demonstrate ability to prioritize and manage projects
